A groundbreaking ceremony was held in West Goshen for a project to lay a water main from Goshen. Self-Help Enterprises, along with the West Goshen Mutual Water Board, applied for a state grant to bring drinking water to the community.
West Goshen is connecting to California Water Services Company’s water in Goshen for a reliable water source. The first phase of the project will include a single-water meter that will read how much water is being used by the whole neighborhood.

After months of dealing with a faulty pump and water with unsafe levels of nitrates, clean water is on the horizon for West Goshen. Self-Help Enterprises helped secure $3.4 million in grants to connect to Cal Water in Goshen.
