Plainview has a new park, its first

Self-Help Enterprises joined the residents of Plainview to celebrate the grand opening of the community’s first park. Self-Help Enterprises secured funding from the State Department of Housing and Community Development to create this public space and worked together community partners including the Plainview Community, Plainview Water Mutual Company, El Quinto Sol de America, and Tulare County.
