- While the use of web camera during the virtual counter appointment is optional, it’s recommended for a more engaging interaction.
- During the virtual counter appointment, a Self-Help Enterprises representative can share their computer screens to provide visual assistance.
- Prior to your virtual counter appointment, take time to plan and organize. Prepare an agenda and write down all your questions in advance for a productive session.
- Review the checklist for all relevant documents that may be required alongside your application.
