Resident Services:
Butterfly Gardens features 24-hour live-in support staff who provide access to job training, mental health services, and work collaboratively with local agencies to ensure a healthy and safe community for both residents and neighbors. There is also a large community space with a full kitchen available where residents can access programs and supportive services to enhance health, economic security, educational achievement, and personal well-being.
Partners & Financing:
UPholdings and Self-Help Enterprises are co-developers and property owners, and Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health are service partners on the project. R.L. Davidson, Inc. is the project architect, BJ Perch Construction is the general contractor, and Gateway Engineering, Inc. are project engineers. Community finance partners include California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, California Debt Limit Allocation Committee, California Department of Housing and Community Development (No Place Like Home program), County of Fresno, Enterprise Community Partners, US Bank, California Municipal Finance Authority, and the City of Clovis. Project-based subsidies were also provided by Fresno Housing Authority.
